1. Description of Service
We offer official IMEI factory unlocking services and network lookup services. The service of sourcing and supplying any unlock solution begins at the point when payment is received from a customer. All time frames stated are estimations and are NOT guaranteed.
2. Cancellation
Due to the nature of our automated API supply chain, it is not possible for customers to cancel or modify a submission once payment has been received and the IMEI request is sent to the network.
3. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to check the compatibility of their handset with the network they intend to use once unlocked. Lost, stolen, or blacklisted handsets are barred/blocked by carrier databases and will not receive network signals even after being officially factory unlocked.
4. Refunds Policy
All unlocking requests are covered by our 100% Money-Back Guarantee. This guarantee applies only if our attempt to unlock your iPhone returns an "Unavailable" or "Not Found" report to our server. If the unlock is successful on our side, but the phone is blacklisted or the client provided an incorrect IMEI number, no refunds will be given.
