These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed with iphoneunlocknepal.com. By ordering from any service operated by iPhoneUnlockNepal, you confirm that you agree to them.

1. Description of Service
We offer official IMEI factory unlocking services and network lookup services. The service of sourcing and supplying any unlock solution begins at the point when payment is received from a customer. All time frames stated are estimations and are NOT guaranteed.
2. Cancellation
Due to the nature of our automated API supply chain, it is not possible for customers to cancel or modify a submission once payment has been received and the IMEI request is sent to the network.
3. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to check the compatibility of their handset with the network they intend to use once unlocked. Lost, stolen, or blacklisted handsets are barred/blocked by carrier databases and will not receive network signals even after being officially factory unlocked.
4. Refunds
We do not operate a blanket money-back guarantee. Refund eligibility is assessed per order, based on the result the carrier or Apple activation database returns for your IMEI. No refund is issued where the unlock completes successfully, where the device is blacklisted or barred, or where the IMEI supplied by the customer was incorrect. Contact our support team about your specific order before raising a payment dispute.
5. Fraud & Deception Policy
We will not tolerate any attempts to obtain our services by fraudulent means. In case of any unauthorized payment disputes, chargebacks, or claims, the associated IMEI will be reported to the Apple database as fraud, which will permanently relock the device.
